- Wheelchair ramp and accessible elevators: Ramps are provided throughout the museum to provide accessibility to users of wheelchairs, strollers, and other mobility aids; the accessible elevator can access every floor of the museum.
- Accessible Charging Stations: Sections dedicated to charging electric wheelchairs have been established.
- Nursing Room: A nursing room is available on the second floor of the museum; please speak with our on-site staff if you wish to use the nursing room.
- Accessible Restroom: Accessible restrooms are available on specific floors for visitors with mobility issues.
- Unisex restroom: Unisex restrooms are available on specific floors and open to the general public.
- Lockers: Lockers are available on the first floor for visitors to stow their bags, coats, and other nonvaluable items.
