In this exhibition, historical archives and corresponding artworks serve as media in the form of historical evidence that addresses the on- and off-campus teaching content and creative activities of the NTNU Department of Fine Art over time. Visitors can excavate and explore the educational tradition, heritage context, and artistic styles established by forerunners and artists from NTNU Department of Fine Art. The exhibition provides insights into the realization of NTNU’s motto “freedom and self-governance, humanities and erudition” and tells the story of art enlightenment in Taiwan.
